Lashcara – Client Terms & Conditions

At Lashcara, we take pride in offering professional, hygienic, and personalized lash enhancement services. Our policies are designed to ensure a consistent, safe, and respectful experience for all clients while supporting the time and standards maintained by our lash professionals.

By booking a service with Lashcara, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms. The latest version of this policy is always available on our website.


1. Client Agreement

By booking an appointment, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood Lashcara’s Terms & Conditions;
  • You have completed or will complete the required consent form;
  • You are medically fit to receive lash enhancement services;
  • You understand that policies may be updated periodically and agree to the most current version at the time of service.

2. Medical Disclosure

All clients are required to disclose relevant medical information before receiving any treatment. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Known allergies or sensitivities;
  • Recent eye surgeries, infections, or conditions;
  • Use of medications affecting the skin, eyes, or immune response.

Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and provide written consent.


3. Patch Testing

Patch testing is recommended for new clients or those with a history of sensitivity or allergies.

  • Lash Extensions: A few lashes are applied at the outer corners of the eyes.
  • Lash Lift: A small amount of solution is applied to the skin (inner arm or behind the ear).

Patch testing must be completed 24–48 hours before the scheduled appointment. If a client opts out of patch testing, they are required to sign a waiver. Lashcara will not be held liable for any reactions resulting from a declined test. Patch test shall be deemed mandatory in case our staff is of the opinion that a test patch may be in interest of the client.


4. Appointment Booking & Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all appointments.
  • Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
  • Clients are expected to arrive on time with clean, makeup-free lashes.
  • Arrivals more than 30 minutes late may result in reduced service time or rescheduling at full cost.

5. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% fee.
  • No-shows are subject to a 100% charge.
  • Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a restriction on future bookings.

6. Refill Policy

To qualify for a refill service:

  • Your appointment must be scheduled within 21 days of your previous session;
  • At least 40% of lash extensions must remain intact.

Fills scheduled beyond 21 days or with insufficient retention will be considered a new full set and charged accordingly.


7. Services on Existing Lash Work

Refills or corrections on work done by other technicians will be assessed before treatment. Lashcara reserves the right to decline such services if:

  • The lash application lacks proper isolation;
  • Excess adhesive is used;
  • Lash health or safety is compromised.

If the existing work is unsuitable, professional removal and a new full set may be recommended.


8. Reactions & Health Concerns

While we use high-quality, professional-grade products, allergic reactions or sensitivities can occur. Clients acknowledge that:

  • Patch testing does not guarantee immunity to reactions;
  • Lashcara cannot be held responsible for unforeseen reactions, discomfort, or medical expenses;
  • Any medical concerns post-treatment should be addressed with a healthcare provider.

9. Treatment Duration & Expectations

Service durations are estimates and vary depending on individual lash conditions:

  • Classic Set: 90–120 minutes;
  • Hybrid/Volume: 120–150 minutes;
  • Lash Lift & Tint: 60-90 minutes.

Each client’s retention may vary based on lash growth cycle, lifestyle, skincare routine, and aftercare adherence.


10. Payments & Refunds

  • Full payment is due at the time of service.
  • All deposits are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are not issued for completed services.
  • If concerns arise, clients are encouraged to contact us within 48 hours for an assessment. If applicable, a minor correction may be offered.

11. Aftercare Responsibility

Clients are responsible for adhering to the aftercare guidance provided at the time of service. This includes:

  • Keeping lashes dry for 24 hours;
  • Avoiding oil-based products and steam;
  • Brushing and cleansing lashes regularly;
  • Avoiding excessive rubbing or pressure on the eye area.

Poor retention due to inadequate aftercare does not qualify for complimentary corrections.


12. Hygiene, Conduct & Studio Environment

To maintain a calm, clean, and professional atmosphere:

  • Only the client receiving the service may enter the treatment area;
  • Children, pets, or additional guests are not permitted;
  • Mobile phones should be silent during appointments;
  • Lashcara reserves the right to discontinue service if any behavior is unsafe, unhygienic, or disrespectful.

13. Lash Removal

  • Lashcara offers safe, professional removal of extensions if needed;
  • Self-removal is strongly discouraged;
  • Lash removal may be mandatory prior to a new set if existing extensions are unsafe to work over.

14. Photography & Marketing Consent

  • Clients may be photographed before and after services with their verbal or written consent;
  • Images may be used for Lashcara’s marketing, education, or portfolio purposes;
  • Clients may withdraw consent at any time in writing. ( In accordance with terms and conditions)

15. Confidentiality & Data Protection

  • All client records, including health and consent forms, are stored securely;
  • Personal information is never shared with third parties;
  • Your privacy and trust are of utmost importance to us.

16. Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service

Lashcara reserves the right to refuse or terminate a service if:

  • The client is visibly unwell or under the influence of substances;
  • Medical information has been withheld;
  • Proceeding with the service could compromise lash health or hygiene;
  • There is evidence of verbal or physical misconduct.

17. Policy Updates

Lashcara’s policies are reviewed and updated regularly. We try our best to publish the most recent version on our website as soon we change any policy matters. Clients are responsible for reviewing the policy prior to each appointment. The Policies are subject to change without any prior information about the same to public or clients.


18. Offers & Promotions

  • All offers and promotional discounts are subject to specific terms;
  • Promotions may be discontinued or altered without notice;
  • Only one offer may be applied per appointment unless otherwise stated.

19. Communication Policy

  • For booking and client support, WhatsApp is our current preferred communication platform;
  • Lashcara is not responsible for missed or delayed responses via social media or third-party platforms, or appointment forms on website;
  • All appointment confirmations and policy acknowledgments are governed by the terms outlined in our booking forms and consent agreements.

20. Gift Cards & Prepaid Packages

  • Gift cards and prepaid services are non-refundable;
  • All prepaid credits must be used within their stated validity period;
  • Prepaid services are non-transferable unless otherwise specified in writing.
